02. Product Accuracy & Pricing

We strive for 100% accuracy in our listings for Laptops, Desktops, Photocopiers, and Office Equipment. However, in the event of a technical error where a product is listed at an incorrect price, Fejora reserves the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.

03. Payments

All payments are processed securely. We accept payments via verified gateway (Monnify). Orders will only be processed once payment confirmation is received.

04. Delivery & Shipping

While we offer Free Shipping nationwide across Nigeria, delivery timelines (1-7 business days) are estimates. Fejora is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or unforeseen logistical challenges.

05. Returns & Warranty

• Electronics: Laptops and printers come with manufacturer warranties. Claims must be made within the specified warranty period.
• Consumables: For hygiene and safety, Healthy Oats and other essentials cannot be returned or exchanged once the original seal is broken.
• Damaged Goods: Any physical damage observed upon delivery must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

06. Limitation of Liability

Fejora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website services.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
